Retirement Party

Myrna Armstrong is retiring from her position at the Texas Tech School of Nursing, Highland Lakes branch in Marble Falls. I was happy to be able to photograph Myrna's retirement party because I met her a couple years ago before we moved away from Marble Falls, and we had actually worked together when I considered enrolling in a nursing program. I really admire nurses and the work they do! Myrna has had quite the career, and it was very sweet to hear the kind words many people had to share about her.
