Another Craw Fish Boil!

Saturday we were in Houston with Jerett's family for the craw fish boil which takes place every year on Easter weekend. Last year was my first experience with the craw fish boil, and that was when I met Jerett's family for the first time. This year we had awesome weather (I even got my first tan lines of 2008!) With Jerett's mom's side of the family originating in Louisiana, the craw fish boil experience is one-of-a-kind, and quite the process. First they are poured out to check for good ones, to throw out the bad. They are cleaned, salted, and cooked! With the many young cousins running around it made for great pictures!
